Our youth activities focus on making activity and movement fun, safe and developmental. We combine learning of correct movements with games and free play to help kids grow up healthy and strong and with an early appreciation of efficient movement. Our goal is for kids to reach their adult years with all the fundamental motor skills, the ability to join into any activity without fear, the desire to stay active throughout life's ups and downs and avoid "overuse" injuries that are common when kids focus too early on one sport.
