Athletic Conditioning

FUNdamentals works with various local sports teams and athletes to help prepare for the demands of athletic competition. We use our F.A.S.T. method (Fundamental Athletic Strength Training), to evaluate the needs of individuals and teams and then focus the training on improving all the aspects of athletic performance including cardiovascular conditioning, muscular endurance and power, speed, agility, balance, reaction time, body control, core conditioning and flexibility. We have worked with athletes at all levels and focus on what we do well which is make them stronger and faster. Our training has been featured at the Brian Casey Hockey School and the Sparkling Blades Figure Skating Camps for the past several years. Contact us for more details.
