Our adult fitness classes include boxing, strength, yoga, run training, strength and cardio, bike classes, the gauntlet, and many others. Classes vary from session to session, so please feel free to review our schedule below to see what classes are currently running.
All our classes focus on "instruction" and helping people learn how to exercise properly and efficiently. We do offer classes for beginners and experienced exercisers, but we also modify all classes to allow participation from everyone. Most importantly, we keep it FUN!
