Athletic Strength Training

We use a variety of resistance patterns to increase the foundational strength of all athletes.  You can’t become faster, more agile, more explosive, without having a solid base of strength to work from.  Imagine firing a canon from a canoe, if the base is weak, the canon fires wildly with no control, this is the same with any athlete, if the strength base is weak, the skill work they are trying to create is off target.  We recommend ALL athletes that are training with us work consistently on strength, while working on other aspects of athleticism like speed, balance, agility etc.
