Athletic Power

All athletes want more power! The power to jump higher, power to skate faster, power to work longer without fatigue, all athletics comes down to power at some point.  This program focuses on taking the strength an athlete currently has, and making it more explosive!  Please contact FUNdamentals staff before registering for this class to see if it is appropriate for you.  This is NOT a general fitness class.
