Athletic Agility and Balance

Balance and agility are often “after thoughts” when it comes to athleticism.  A lot of people think you either have it, or you don’t.  We hear all the time, “that guy’s got big feet and is clumsy, just the way he is!”…well we disagree.  If that was the case, how could a guy like Shaquille O’Neal dominate the NBA for years at 7 foot 2 and 300 lbs??!!  Agility and Balance can be taught like anything else.  We will focus on these skills in this program.
